Our School

Founded on a vision for Christian education and a burden for the next generation, Sandy Lake Christian Academy was first established in 1982 as a ministry outreach of Sandy Lake United Pentecostal Church.  With a desire to provide students a strong academic foundation rooted in biblical truth, the school became an important part of the church's mission to invest in young lives both spiritually and educationally.

In 2001, Sandy Lake Christian Academy reopened with renewed vision and purpose, continuing the longstanding commitment of the church to Christian education.  What began as a ministry burden many years ago has continued to grow into a place where students are encouraged to pursue excellence, develop Godly character, and deepen their relationship with Christ.

Today, SLCA serves students in grades K-12 using the trusted Abeka curriculum.  Through faith, academics, and discipleship, we are honored to partner with families in preparing the next generation for both life and eternity.
